The client has attended all scheduled sessions and actively participated in the coaching process.
The client has completed all assigned exercises, action steps, and self-reflection work given during the sessions.
The client has expressed dissatisfaction in writing within 48 hours after the final session and provided clear reasons why the coaching did not meet their expectations.
2. Exclusions from the Money-Back Guarantee
A refund will not be granted if:
The client misses or cancels sessions without rescheduling.
The client fails to complete required exercises or homework, preventing progress.
The client expects results without actively implementing the strategies provided.
The client requests a refund after 48 hours from the final session.
The request is based on personal circumstances unrelated to coaching quality, such as financial difficulties, relationship changes, or a change of mind.
3. Refund Request Process
The client must submit a written refund request via email to [your email address], outlining their concerns and why they believe the coaching did not provide value.
The request will be reviewed within 7 business days, and if approved, a full or partial refund will be processed.
If a refund is denied, the client may receive additional support or alternative solutions to help them achieve results.
4. Partial Refunds & Alternative Solutions
Depending on the case, a partial refund or additional sessions may be offered as an alternative solution.
If the client has received significant insights and progress, a partial refund may be granted instead of a full one.
5. Policy Abuse & Discretionary Rights
Coach Angelique reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse or lack of effort from the client.

As a professional coach, I am committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all my clients. Below is a summary of the key confidentiality principles and relevant South African laws that apply to coaching sessions:
1. Client Confidentiality
All discussions, personal information, and session details are strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent.
Notes, recordings, or any documents related to sessions are securely stored and only used for professional reference.
Exceptions apply if required by law (see below).
2. Legal Exceptions to Confidentiality
In accordance with South African law, confidentiality may be breached only in the following cases:
If there is imminent danger to the client or another person (e.g., threats of self-harm or harm to others).
If disclosure is required by a court order or subpoena.
If there is evidence of child abuse, domestic violence, or criminal activity, as per the Children’s Act (No. 38 of 2005) and Protection from Harassment Act (No. 17 of 2011).
3. Compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013)
Client information is handled according to POPIA, ensuring that all personal data is collected, processed, and stored responsibly.
Clients have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information.
4. Client’s Responsibilities
The client is also expected to respect confidentiality and not share session content or coaching materials without permission.
If the client chooses to discuss coaching progress publicly, it does not waive the coach’s confidentiality commitment.
By engaging in coaching services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these confidentiality terms.
CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

1. Purpose
This agreement ensures that all discussions between the Coach and the Client remain confidential, fostering a safe and professional coaching environment.
2. Confidentiality Commitment
The Coach agrees to keep all client information private and will not disclose any details about coaching sessions, except in the circumstances outlined in Section 3.
3. Limitations of Confidentiality
Confidentiality will be maintained except in the following cases:
3.1. Legal Requirements: If required by a court order, subpoena, or applicable law, the Coach may be legally compelled to disclose information.
3.2. Mandatory Reporting: The Coach is obligated to report any suspected cases of:
Child abuse or neglect.
Threats of harm to self or others.
Criminal activities as required by South African law.
3.3. Client Consent: Information may be shared if the Client provides written consent for disclosure.
4. Protection of Personal Information
4.1. Compliance with POPIA: The Coach agrees to protect the Client’s personal data in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
4.2. Storage and Security: Client records, notes, and session recordings (if any) will be stored securely and only accessible to the Coach.
4.3. Data Retention and Disposal: Client information will be kept for [Specify Retention Period] and then securely disposed of.
5. No Legal Privilege
This agreement does not establish legal privilege similar to attorney-client relationships. If required by law, confidentiality may be overridden.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Good Faith Negotiation: In the event of a dispute regarding confidentiality or any aspect of this agreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct discussion.
6.2. Mediation: If a resolution is not reached within 14 days, the parties agree to engage in mediation with a neutral third-party mediator. The cost of mediation will be shared equally.
6.3. Legal Action: If mediation fails, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or resolved in a South African court, subject to applicable laws.
6.4. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa, and any legal proceedings will be handled in South African courts.
7. Termination of Agreement
7.1. Voluntary Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice of at least 7 days.
7.2. Confidentiality After Termination: Even after termination, the confidentiality obligations in this agreement remain in effect indefinitely.
7.3. Final Session Procedures: Upon termination, the Coach may provide a summary of the Client’s progress and, if applicable, recommend alternative support services.
8. Agreement Duration
This confidentiality agreement remains in effect throughout the coaching relationship and continues indefinitely after sessions conclude.
9. Acknowledgment and Agreement
